Power NI has no fixed term contract or exit fees. They provide a range of ways to keep on top of your energy usage and pay bills including through their website, Power NI App, 24/7 telephone service, paypoint/post offices and banks or by cheque.
Keypad customers can benefit from between £1-£4 of free electricity if they top up via the app or online by £50 or more. As an Energy Online customer you will receive 6% discount (up to £15 per quarter). An online account allows access to your account, to track consumption and submit meter reads.
