• We will check your details to ensure that your property is connectable to a natural gas network. There are three gas networks in Northern Ireland and your property address/postcode will determine if (i) your home can connect to a gas network and (ii) if so, to which gas network.
• If your home is connectable to a gas network, we will provide your details to the relevant gas network operator.
• The gas network operator will arrange for an energy advisor to contact you to explain the connection process and any support to help with the cost of converting to gas. This will help you decide if converting to gas is the right option for your home.

Remember any discussion with an energy advisor, whether this is a phone call or home visit, is free and you are under no obligation to change to gas.
