Congratulations your switch is underway!

Thanks for completing your switch application, your switch should complete in around 14 days, in that time you don’t have anything to do, here’s a guide to what happens next.

Here is what happens next

We’ll pass your order to your new broadband provider within 24 hours.
Your new provider will usually send a confirmation email or welcome message confirming your order details and next steps. (Check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive in your main inbox.)
If your package includes a router, it will usually be posted to you during this period. Some providers may also confirm your activation date or engineer appointment if one is required.

Your broadband service will normally go live within 7–14 days of placing your order. If an engineer visit is required, your provider will contact you to arrange a suitable time.

On the day your service goes live

Your new provider will activate your service. If you’re switching from another provider using the same line, the switch should happen automatically.
